Where We Left Off: Summer’s end is bittersweet for all teenagers; they want it to last forever, yet they miss their school buddies, if not school. True’s dad made her choose between school and working, and she tried to find a way to have it all.
What to Expect: The second season will show True (Keke Palmer) at school, where she must balance all the academic requirements of a high-school student. Then she also has her demanding job at Mad Style, where she has to deal with the pressures of the fashion world and nasty co-workers. In between, there are homework and a possible romance.
