Who Is In It? Doug Benson
What’s It All About? Comedian and stoner extraordinaire Doug Benson brings his stage show to TV for six episodes on Comedy Central. In each episode, a guest comedian performs a standup act or tells a story. Benson occasionally interrupts the guest, sending the joke or story off into humorously odd tangents. Some of the high-profile guests likely to appear on the show include Sarah Silverman, David Cross, Patton Oswalt, Zach Galifianakis, Maria Bamford and Adam Carolla. “I’m always kind of shocked by how quick-witted some of my friends can be,” Benson says. “Anybody whose normal act tends to go off on tangents and riffs is perfect for this because I’m usually there sort of distracting the comic and trying to get them to talk about something else when they’re trying to tell a story. So the people who are good at improvising are the best. And sometimes it’s fun to interrupt somebody who’s not particularly good at it — it just throws them off and it’s just awkward and that can be fun to watch, too.”
[Update: The Benson Interruption will now premiere a week later than first announced. Premieres Nov. 5 at 12am ET. Guests will include Adam Carolla, Nick Swardson, Patton Oswalt, Brian Posehn, Thomas Lennon, Mary Lynn Rajskub and Eugene Mirman.]

I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!
This guy and his show suck. I wanted to throw my remote at the T.V. last night. His guests comments on homeless people pissed me off. I hope this immature show gets canceled. I have not seen anything as tasteless since Seinfeld. I did not find anything that was said funny or the least bit entertaining.
I saw the first episode. It was clear that Doug and Nick Swardson were high as fuck haha. So watching them talk about random shit was the only thing I found to be funny.
