The Amazing Race

Premieres: September 25

Airs: Sundays, 8pm ET/PT

Network: CBS

Hosted By Phil Keoghan

Where We Left Off: Redemption was the name of the game for the amazing racers, with sisters Jen and Kisha rethinking their need for bathroom breaks to beat 10 other returning teams to the finish and the million-dollar prize.

What to Expect: Survivor lovers (and winners) Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca will celebrate Zohn’s remission from Hodgkin’s lymphoma by running the race, along with controversial mariner dad Laurence Sunderland and his son Zac, who sailed solo around the world at age 17, besting 16-year-old sister Abby, who failed her 2010 attempt to do the same.

Who's In It? 12 new teams

Where We Left Off: Sibling lawyer duo Tammy and Victor Jih outrace the other 10 teams to win the 14th season.

What to Expect: Phil Keoghan is back as host, as this season the race has contestants traveling one of the fastest courses ever assembled for the show -- eight countries in just 21 days. Season 15 also features the quickest elimination in the history of the game, with one team sent home before they even leave the starting line! Teams will face the Switchback -- which sends them back to the site of one of the series' most infamous Roadblocks. There will also be a surprise appearance by one of America's most beloved entertainers, a visit to the world's tallest building and a spicy twist on a Japanese game show.

The diverse contestants include a team of Harlem Globetrotters, professional female poker players, the first-ever racer with Asperger's Syndrome, married yoga teachers and a former Miss America.

    What happened in 2010?

Where We Left Off: Rhode Island brothers Daniel and Jordan Pious won the race and the million bucks.

What to Expect: The race begins aboard fishing boats in Gloucester, Mass. and heads for England — reportedly Stonehenge — and the cast is rumored to include four beauty queens, a YouTube sensation racing with his dad, and a pair of a cappella warblers/Princeton alumni.
