Follow the Dinosaur Train for a kid-friendly lesson in paleontology as these animated dinosaurs give a tour of the Jurassic world that once was.

What’s It All About? Kids love dinosaurs. Kids love trains. Why not put ’em together? That’s the starting point for this CGI-animated series from The Jim Henson Company. Buddy — a preschool-aged Tyrannosaurus Rex — and his adoptive family of Pteranodons go all aboard the Dinosaur Train to visit many different eras to discover and learn as much as they can about these fascinating creatures. The animation keeps the young ones entertained, but even parents will be surprised what they learn as the train cruises along its Jurassic track.
