Mad Hungry With Lucinda Scala Quinn

Airs: Weekdays, 12pm

Network: Hallmark Channel

Hosted By Lucinda Scala Quinn

What’s It All About? Martha Stewart is Lucinda Scala Quinn’s boss … pressure much? Lucinda Scala Quinn, the executive food director at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and mother of three teenage sons, is expanding her appreciation and experience with food to the Hallmark Channel, where she will debut a new cooking show. Her show has a goal: to bring families back to the dinner table. Her cookbook, Mad Hungry: Feeding Men and Boys, was published in 2009. The format of Mad Hungry, a 30-minute, live-taped show, will feature some family guests, including her brothers and sons. “It’s going to have that kitchen-living room kind of feel,” says Scala Quinn. Each episode will feature Quinn preparing multiple dishes themed around topics that may interfere the everyday family from having a sit-down dinner: busy work schedules and time crunches.

I love love love the show. The only problem is, is that it makes me sooo hungry that I cannot wait for lunch. Where can I get the recipies that are on the show daily? Love Lucinda’s attitude and it looks like a regular kitchen and not a TV set with lots and lots of helpers….keep it coming…..

I have a difficult time accessing recipes from Lucinda’s show.

Would like two from Monday, September 27. The impanada, and the pie crust made with cream cheese.

    Thank you

I adore Lucinda’s show. She really addresses every cook’s concerns, gives many practical hints, and makes you want to cook the very thing she featured that day. All the best to Lucinda and I hope her show stays on and on. She beats the food channel cooks by a mile.
