What’s It All About? For two minutes and 17 seconds, the entire human race blacked out. During that time, everyone sees a vision of themselves six months in the future — and the news isn’t all that good. Fiennes plays an FBI agent determined to uncover the truth, which leads him and his team to collect everyone’s “flash forwards” into a database called The Mosaic Collective. The meaning behind the visions is not clear, but they do indicate that strangers from around the world will impact each other’s lives. Taken from the novel by Robert J. Sawyer (who is also set to write an episode), this mystery-laden thriller from the makers of 24 and The Dark Knight is being billed as a possible successor to Lost.
